How to Maximize Your Mushroom Smoothie Experience:
- USE CORDYCEPS PRO: No foraging required and we promise you won't taste it in the smoothie!! Cordyceps Pro contains a powerful blend of adaptogens including Cordyceps mushroom, KSM-66 ashwagandha, and Rhodiola, so you'll save time and money by avoiding the need to purchase these ingredients separately!
- MAKE IT KETO: To make this smoothie keto-friendly, simply swap the ½ banana for ½ cup frozen zucchini or another ½ cup of frozen cauliflower.
- BOOST THE BUZZ & CUT THE CALS: If you’re starting your day with this smoothie and want an extra kick of caffeine as well a slimmer calorie count, cut the coconut milk to 4oz and add 4oz of cold brew coffee! (Note: This substitution would reduce the total calories in this recipe from 641 to 401.)
