  • 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Natural Force Organic Bone Broth Protein
  • 1 tbsp Natural Force Organic MCT Oil
  • 1 tbsp Grass-Fed Butter or Ghee
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Pinch of Ground Ginger
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Instructions

    Heat almond milk over the stove until warm, pour into blender.

    Add Bone Broth Protein Powder, MCT Oil, butter, and spices and blend for 30 seconds.

    Divide the mixture equally between 2 small mugs and serve.

    If you'd like to save the second serving for later, store it in an airtight container (it should last 1-2 days). To reheat, either pour into a mug and heat in the microwave for 60-90 seconds or pour into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until the desired temperature is reached. If a separate layer of oil appears on top (the butter), add the broth shot to a blender and blend for 30 seconds to recombine.
