How to Maximize Your Keto Spinach and Artichoke Dip Experience:
- GO FOR QUALITY: At Natural Force, we believe the Keto Diet isn't just about macronutrient ratios because micronutrients matter, too! When shopping for the ingredients, choose "organic", "pasture-raised", and/or "grass-fed" labels to ensure you're giving your body the maximum amount of nutrient density for long term health!
- USE NATURAL FORCE MCT OIL: With all the metabolism and energy-boosting benefits of MCT Oil, why would you cook with anything else?! Not only is MCT Oil flavorless (so it won't affect the taste of your dip), but within minutes of eating it will convert to ketones for a convenient surge of energy!
- NO-BAKE OR YES-BAKE: No need to bake this recipe to bask in all the yumminess, but if you prefer a warm, melty spinach and artichoke dip, simply set the oven to 350* and bake your dip for 20-30 minutes until it bubbles!
- STOCK UP: With so many delicious ways to use MCT Oil, why risk running out?! Order a few bottles of the 32oz Natural Force Coconut MCT Oil.
